CVSS v3.1 |
Accellion File Transfer Appliance version FTA_8_0_540 suffers from an instance of CWE-77: Improper Neutralization of Special Elements used in a Command ('Command Injection').
ABBS Software Audio Media Player version 3.1 suffers from an instance of CWE-121: Stack-based Buffer Overflow.
AASync.com AASync version 2.2.1.0 suffers from an instance of CWE-121: Stack-based Buffer Overflow.
A-PDF WAV to MP3 version 1.0.0 suffers from an instance of CWE-121: Stack-based Buffer Overflow.
In FreeBSD 12.0-STABLE before r350619, 12.0-RELEASE before 12.0-RELEASE-p9, 11.3-STABLE before r350619, 11.3-RELEASE before 11.3-RELEASE-p2, and 11.2-RELEASE before 11.2-RELEASE-p13, the bhyve e1000 device emulation used a guest-provided value to determine the size of the on-stack buffer without validation when TCP segmentation offload is requested for a transmitted packet. A misbehaving bhyve guest could overwrite memory in the bhyve process on the host.
In FreeBSD 12.0-STABLE before r350648, 12.0-RELEASE before 12.0-RELEASE-p9, 11.3-STABLE before r350650, 11.3-RELEASE before 11.3-RELEASE-p2, and 11.2-RELEASE before 11.2-RELEASE-p13, the ICMPv6 input path incorrectly handles cases where an MLDv2 listener query packet is internally fragmented across multiple mbufs. A remote attacker may be able to cause an out-of-bounds read or write that may cause the kernel to attempt to access an unmapped page and subsequently panic.
In FreeBSD 12.0-STABLE before r349628, 12.0-RELEASE before 12.0-RELEASE-p7, 11.3-PRERELEASE before r349629, 11.3-RC3 before 11.3-RC3-p1, and 11.2-RELEASE before 11.2-RELEASE-p11, a bug in the cdrom driver allows users with read access to the cdrom device to arbitrarily overwrite kernel memory when media is present thereby allowing a malicious user in the operator group to gain root privileges.
In FreeBSD 12.0-STABLE before r349622, 12.0-RELEASE before 12.0-RELEASE-p7, 11.3-PRERELEASE before r349624, 11.3-RC3 before 11.3-RC3-p1, and 11.2-RELEASE before 11.2-RELEASE-p11, a bug in iconv implementation may allow an attacker to write past the end of an output buffer. Depending on the implementation, an attacker may be able to create a denial of service, provoke incorrect program behavior, or induce a remote code execution.
VMware Workstation (15.x before 15.5.1) and Fusion (11.x before 11.5.1) contain an out-of-bounds write vulnerability in the e1000e virtual network adapter. Successful exploitation of this issue may lead to code execution on the host from the guest or may allow attackers to create a denial-of-service condition on their own VM.
VMware Workstation (14.x before 14.1.6) and Fusion (10.x before 10.1.6) contain an out-of-bounds write vulnerability in the e1000 virtual network adapter. This issue may allow a guest to execute code on the host.
VMware ESXi (6.7 before ESXi670-201903001, 6.5 before ESXi650-201903001, 6.0 before ESXi600-201903001), Workstation (15.x before 15.0.4, 14.x before 14.1.7), Fusion (11.x before 11.0.3, 10.x before 10.1.6) contain an out-of-bounds read/write vulnerability in the virtual USB 1.1 UHCI (Universal Host Controller Interface). Exploitation of this issue requires an attacker to have access to a virtual machine with a virtual USB controller present. This issue may allow a guest to execute code on the host.
VMware Workstation (15.x before 15.0.3, 14.x before 14.1.6) and Fusion (11.x before 11.0.3, 10.x before 10.1.6) updates address an out-of-bounds write vulnerability in the e1000 and e1000e virtual network adapters. Exploitation of this issue may lead to code execution on the host from the guest but it is more likely to result in a denial of service of the guest.
NPM package gitlabhook version 0.0.17 is vulnerable to a Command Injection vulnerability. Arbitrary commands can be injected through the repository name.
Heap buffer overflow in the TFTP protocol handler in cURL 7.19.4 to 7.65.3.
A command injection vulnerability in Nokogiri v1.10.3 and earlier allows commands to be executed in a subprocess via Ruby's `Kernel.open` method. Processes are vulnerable only if the undocumented method `Nokogiri::CSS::Tokenizer#load_file` is being called with unsafe user input as the filename. This vulnerability appears in code generated by the Rexical gem versions v1.0.6 and earlier. Rexical is used by Nokogiri to generate lexical scanner code for parsing CSS queries. The underlying vulnerability was addressed in Rexical v1.0.7 and Nokogiri upgraded to this version of Rexical in Nokogiri v1.10.4.
The Nexus Yum Repository Plugin in v2 is vulnerable to Remote Code Execution when instances using CommandLineExecutor.java are supplied vulnerable data, such as the Yum Configuration Capability.
A heap buffer overflow in the TFTP receiving code allows for DoS or arbitrary code execution in libcurl versions 7.19.4 through 7.64.1.
In Ubiquiti Networks EdgeSwitch X v1.1.0 and prior, an authenticated user can execute arbitrary shell commands over the SSH interface bypassing the CLI interface, which allow them to escalate privileges to root.
In Ubiquiti Networks EdgeSwitch X v1.1.0 and prior, a privileged user can execute arbitrary shell commands over the SSH CLI interface. This allows to execute shell commands under the root user.
If an attacker can control the port, which in itself is a very sensitive value, they can inject arbitrary OS commands due to the usage of the exec function in a third-party module kill-port < 1.3.2.
