CVSS v3.1 |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
HV: hv_balloon: fix memory leak with using debugfs_lookup()
When calling debugfs_lookup() the result must have dput() called on it,
otherwise the memory will leak over time. To make things simpler, just
call debugfs_lookup_and_remove() instead which handles all of the logic
at once. |

drm/i915: Fix potential bit_17 double-free
A userspace with multiple threads racing I915_GEM_SET_TILING to set the
tiling to I915_TILING_NONE could trigger a double free of the bit_17
bitmask. (Or conversely leak memory on the transition to tiled.) Move
allocation/free'ing of the bitmask within the section protected by the
obj lock.
[tursulin: Correct fixes tag and added cc stable.]

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
hisi_acc_vfio_pci: Update migration data pointer correctly on saving/resume
When the optional PRE_COPY support was added to speed up the device
compatibility check, it failed to update the saving/resuming data
pointers based on the fd offset. This results in migration data
corruption and when the device gets started on the destination the
following error is reported in some cases,

Bluetooth: Fix a buffer overflow in mgmt_mesh_add()
Smatch Warning:
net/bluetooth/mgmt_util.c:375 mgmt_mesh_add() error: __memcpy()
'mesh_tx->param' too small (48 vs 50)
Analysis:
'mesh_tx->param' is array of size 48. This is the destination.
u8 param[sizeof(struct mgmt_cp_mesh_send) + 29]; // 19 + 29 = 48.
But in the caller 'mesh_send' we reject only when len > 50.
len > (MGMT_MESH_SEND_SIZE + 31) // 19 + 31 = 50. |

device property: fix of node refcount leak in fwnode_graph_get_next_endpoint()
The 'parent' returned by fwnode_graph_get_port_parent()
with refcount incremented when 'prev' is not NULL, it
needs be put when finish using it.
Because the parent is const, introduce a new variable to
store the returned fwnode, then put it before returning
from fwnode_graph_get_next_endpoint(). |

scsi: ibmvfc: Store vhost pointer during subcrq allocation
Currently the back pointer from a queue to the vhost adapter isn't set
until after subcrq interrupt registration. The value is available when a
queue is first allocated and can/should be also set for primary and async
queues as well as subcrqs.
This fixes a crash observed during kexec/kdump on Power 9 with legacy XICS
interrupt controller where a pending subcrq interrupt from the previous
kernel can be replayed immediately upon IRQ registration resulting in
dereference of a garbage backpointer in ibmvfc_interrupt_scsi().
