CVSS v3.1 |
| SAP SQL Anywhere - version 17.0, allows an attacker to prevent legitimate users from accessing the service by crashing the service. An attacker with low privileged account and access to the local system can write into the shared memory objects. This can be leveraged by an attacker to perform a Denial of Service. Further, an attacker might be able to modify sensitive data in shared memory objects. This issue only affects SAP SQL Anywhere on Windows. Other platforms are not impacted. |
| Insecure inherited permissions in some Intel(R) Ethernet tools and driver install software may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access. |
| Wacom Drivers for Windows Incorrect Permission Assignment Local Privilege Escalation Vulnerability. This vulnerability allows local attackers to escalate privileges on affected installations of Wacom Drivers for Windows. An attacker must first obtain the ability to execute low-privileged code on the target system in order to exploit this vulnerability.
The specific flaw exists within the handling of the WacomInstallI.txt file by the PrefUtil.exe utility. The issue results from incorrect permissions on the WacomInstallI.txt file. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to escalate privileges and execute arbitrary code in the context of SYSTEM. Was ZDI-CAN-16318. |
| Incorrect Permission Assignment for Critical Resource Vulnerability in Apache Software Foundation Apache InLong. This issue affects Apache InLong: from 1.2.0 through 1.6.0.
The attacker can bind any cluster, even if he is not the cluster owner. Users are advised to upgrade to Apache InLong's 1.7.0 or cherry-pick [1] to solve it.[1]

| Incorrect Permission Assignment for Critical Resource Vulnerability in Apache Software Foundation Apache InLong. This issue affects Apache InLong: from 1.2.0 through 1.6.0. The attacker can delete others' subscriptions, even if they are not the owner
of the deleted subscription. Users are advised to upgrade to Apache InLong's 1.7.0 or cherry-pick [1] to solve it.

| Cassia Access controller before 2.1.1.2203171453, was discovered to have a unprivileged -information disclosure vulnerability that allows read-only users have the ability to enumerate all other users and discover e-mail addresses, phone numbers, and privileges of all other users. |
| Insecure inherited permissions in some Intel(R) oneMKL software before version 2022.0 may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access. |
| Local attacker can escalate privileges on affected installations of Check Point Harmony Endpoint/ZoneAlarm Extreme Security. An attacker must first obtain the ability to execute low-privileged code on the target system in order to exploit this vulnerability. |
| Local privilege escalation in Check Point Endpoint Security Client (version E87.30) via crafted OpenSSL configuration file |
| Default permissions for a properties file were too permissive. Local system users could read potentially sensitive information. We updated the default permissions for noreply.properties set during package installation. No publicly available exploits are known.

| A vulnerability in the CLI of Cisco FXOS Software could allow an authenticated, local attacker to create a file or overwrite any file on the filesystem of an affected device, including system files.
The vulnerability occurs because there is no validation of parameters when a specific CLI command is used. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by authenticating to an affected device and using the command at the CLI. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to overwrite any file on the disk of the affected device, including system files. The attacker must have valid administrative credentials on the affected device to exploit this vulnerability. |
| A vulnerability in the restricted security domain implementation of Cisco Application Policy Infrastructure Controller (APIC) could allow an authenticated, remote attacker to read, modify, or delete non-tenant policies (for example, access policies) created by users associated with a different security domain on an affected system.
This vulnerability is due to improper access control when restricted security domains are used to implement multi-tenancy for policies outside the tenant boundaries. An attacker with a valid user account associated with a restricted security domain could exploit this vulnerability. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to read, modify, or delete policies created by users associated with a different security domain. Exploitation is not possible for policies under tenants that an attacker has no authorization to access. |
| A vulnerability in the privilege management functionality of all Cisco BroadWorks server types could allow an authenticated, local attacker to elevate privileges to root on an affected system.
This vulnerability is due to incorrect implementation of user role permissions. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by authenticating to the application as a user with the BWORKS or BWSUPERADMIN role and issuing crafted commands on an affected system. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to execute commands beyond the sphere of their intended access level, including initiating installs or running operating system commands with elevated permissions.
There are workarounds that address this vulnerability. |
| Incorrect Permission Assignment for Critical Resource vulnerability in PHOENIX CONTACT MULTIPROG, PHOENIX CONTACT ProConOS eCLR (SDK) allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to upload arbitrary malicious code and gain full access on the affected device. |
| Multiple vulnerabilities including an incorrect permission assignment for critical resource [CWE-732] vulnerability and a time-of-check time-of-use (TOCTOU) race condition [CWE-367] vulnerability in Fortinet FortiClientWindows before 7.0.7 allows attackers on the same file sharing network to execute commands via writing data into a windows pipe. |
| Insecure inherited permissions in some Intel(R) NUC Pro Software Suite installation software before version 2.0.0.9 may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access. |
| In Apache Airflow prior to 2.3.4, an insecure umask was configured for numerous Airflow components when running with the `--daemon` flag which could result in a race condition giving world-writable files in the Airflow home directory and allowing local users to expose arbitrary file contents via the webserver. |
| IObit Malware Fighter v9.2 for Microsoft Windows lacks tamper protection, allowing authenticated attackers with Administrator privileges to modify processes within the application and escalate privileges to SYSTEM via a crafted executable. |
| Apache ShenYu Admin has insecure permissions, which may allow low-privilege administrators to modify high-privilege administrator's passwords. This issue affects Apache ShenYu 2.4.2 and 2.4.3. |
| Affected versions of Atlassian Jira Service Management Server and Data Center allow remote attackers without the "Browse Users" permission to view groups via an Information Disclosure vulnerability in the browsegroups.action endpoint. The affected versions are before version 4.22.2. |
