CVSS v3.1 |
| A use-after-free could result if a JavaScript realm was in the process of being initialized when a garbage collection started. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 125. |
| This vulnerability allows remote attackers to disclose sensitive information on affected installations of PDF-XChange Editor. User interaction is required to exploit this vulnerability in that the target must visit a malicious page or open a malicious file. The specific flaw exists within the parsing of EMF files. The issue results from the lack of validating the existence of an object prior to performing operations on the object. An attacker can leverage this in conjunction with other vulnerabilities to execute arbitrary code in the context of the current process. Was ZDI-CAN-18543. |
| A double free vulnerability has been identified in the ASUS System Analysis service. This vulnerability can be triggered by sending specially crafted local RPC requests, leading to the service crash and potentially memory manipulation in some rare circumstances.
Refer to the 'Security Update for MyASUS' section on the ASUS Security Advisory for more information. |
| Use After Free vulnerability in Arm Ltd Bifrost GPU Kernel Driver, Arm Ltd Valhall GPU Kernel Driver, Arm Ltd Arm 5th Gen GPU Architecture Kernel Driver allows a local non-privileged user to make improper GPU memory processing operations. On Armv8.0 cores, there are certain combinations of the Linux Kernel and Mali GPU kernel driver configurations that would allow the GPU operations to affect the userspace memory of other processes.
This issue affects Bifrost GPU Kernel Driver: from r41p0 through r47p0; Valhall GPU Kernel Driver: from r41p0 through r47p0; Arm 5th Gen GPU Architecture Kernel Driver: from r41p0 through r47p0.

| Use after free in Scheduling in Google Chrome prior to 125.0.6422.76 allowed a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code inside a sandbox via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High) |
| VMware ESXi, Workstation, and Fusion contain a use-after-free vulnerability in the XHCI USB controller. A malicious actor with local administrative privileges on a virtual machine may exploit this issue to execute code as the virtual machine's VMX process running on the host. On ESXi, the exploitation is contained within the VMX sandbox whereas, on Workstation and Fusion, this may lead to code execution on the machine where Workstation or Fusion is installed. |
| Use After Free vulnerability in Arm Ltd Arm 5th Gen GPU Architecture Kernel Driver allows a local non-privileged user to make improper GPU memory processing operations. If the system’s memory is carefully prepared by the user, then this in turn could give them access to already freed memory.
This issue affects Arm 5th Gen GPU Architecture Kernel Driver: from r41p0 through r47p0.

| Software installed and run as a non-privileged user may conduct improper GPU system calls to corrupt kernel heap memory. |
| Use After Free vulnerability in Arm Ltd Valhall GPU Kernel Driver, Arm Ltd Arm 5th Gen GPU Architecture Kernel Driver allows a local non-privileged user to make improper GPU memory processing operations. If the system’s memory is carefully prepared by the user, then this in turn could give them access to already freed memory.
This issue affects Valhall GPU Kernel Driver: from r41p0 through r47p0; Arm 5th Gen GPU Architecture Kernel Driver: from r41p0 through r47p0.

| Use After Free vulnerability in Arm Ltd Midgard GPU Kernel Driver, Arm Ltd Bifrost GPU Kernel Driver, Arm Ltd Valhall GPU Kernel Driver, Arm Ltd Arm 5th Gen GPU Architecture Kernel Driver allows a local non-privileged user to exploit a software race condition to perform improper memory processing operations. If the system’s memory is carefully prepared by the user and the system is under heavy load, then this in turn cause a use-after-free.This issue affects Midgard GPU Kernel Driver: from r13p0 through r32p0; Bifrost GPU Kernel Driver: from r1p0 through r18p0; Valhall GPU Kernel Driver: from r37p0 through r46p0; Arm 5th Gen GPU Architecture Kernel Driver: from r41p0 through r46p0.

Dell PowerScale OneFS 8.2.x, 9.0.0.x - 9.4.0.x, contain an insufficient resource pool vulnerability. A remote unauthenticated attacker could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to denial of service.
|
| In display drm, there is a possible use after free due to a race condition. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with System execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. Patch ID: ALPS07363599; Issue ID: ALPS07363599. |
| In bt driver, there is a thread competition leads to early release of resources to be accessed. This could lead to local denial of service in kernel. |
| A double free issue was addressed with improved memory management. This issue is fixed in macOS Ventura 13.1, watchOS 9.2, iOS 16.2 and iPadOS 16.2, tvOS 16.2. An app may be able to execute arbitrary code with kernel privileges. |
| Use after free in WebCodecs in Google Chrome prior to 123.0.6312.86 allowed a remote attacker to perform arbitrary read/write via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High) |
| Sudo before 1.9.13p2 has a double free in the per-command chroot feature. |
| Use-after free vulnerability exists in Screen Creator Advance 2 Ver.0.1.1.4 Build01 and earlier due to lack of error handling process even when an error was detected. Having a user of Screen Creator Advance 2 to open a specially crafted project file may lead to information disclosure and/or arbitrary code execution. |
