CVSS v3.1 |
| Large handshake records may cause panics in crypto/tls. Both clients and servers may send large TLS handshake records which cause servers and clients, respectively, to panic when attempting to construct responses. This affects all TLS 1.3 clients, TLS 1.2 clients which explicitly enable session resumption (by setting Config.ClientSessionCache to a non-nil value), and TLS 1.3 servers which request client certificates (by setting Config.ClientAuth >= RequestClientCert). |
| An attacker can craft a malformed TIFF image which will consume a significant amount of memory when passed to DecodeConfig. This could lead to a denial of service. |
| An uncontrolled resource consumption flaw was found in openstack-neutron. This flaw allows a remote authenticated user to query a list of security groups for an invalid project. This issue creates resources that are unconstrained by the user's quota. If a malicious user were to submit a significant number of requests, this could lead to a denial of service. |
| A memory leak in the unittest_data_add() function in drivers/of/unittest.c in the Linux kernel before 5.3.10 allows attackers to cause a denial of service (memory consumption) by triggering of_fdt_unflatten_tree() failures, aka CID-e13de8fe0d6a. NOTE: third parties dispute the relevance of this because unittest.c can only be reached during boot |
| Mealie is a self hosted recipe manager and meal planner. Prior to 1.4.0, the safe_scrape_html function utilizes a user-controlled URL to issue a request to a remote server, however these requests are not rate-limited. While there are efforts to prevent DDoS by implementing a timeout on requests, it is possible for an attacker to issue a large number of requests to the server which will be handled in batches based on the configuration of the Mealie server. The chunking of responses is helpful for mitigating memory exhaustion on the Mealie server, however a single request to an arbitrarily large external file (e.g. a Debian ISO) is often sufficient to completely saturate a CPU core assigned to the Mealie container. Without rate limiting in place, it is possible to not only sustain traffic against an external target indefinitely, but also to exhaust the CPU resources assigned to the Mealie container. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.4.0. |
| In OpenBSD 7.2, a TCP packet with destination port 0 that matches a pf divert-to rule can crash the kernel. |
| open-vm-tools contains a file descriptor hijack vulnerability in the vmware-user-suid-wrapper. A malicious actor with non-root privileges may be able to hijack the
/dev/uinput file descriptor allowing them to simulate user inputs. |
| Zoho ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus through 14104, Asset Explorer through 6987, ServiceDesk Plus MSP before 14000, and Support Center Plus before 14000 allow Denial-of-Service (DoS). |
| A vulnerability, which was classified as critical, was found in D-Link DAP-1562 1.10. This affects the function pure_auth_check of the component HTTP POST Request Handler. The manipulation of the argument a1 leads to null pointer dereference. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. This vulnerability only affects products that are no longer supported by the maintainer. |
| A vulnerability was found in Open5GS up to 2.7.2. It has been declared as problematic. Affected by this vulnerability is the function gmm_state_authentication of the file src/amf/gmm-sm.c of the component AMF. The manipulation leads to denial of service. The attack can be launched remotely. This vulnerability allows a single UE to crash the AMF, resulting in the complete loss of mobility and session management services and causing a network-wide outage. All registered UEs will lose connectivity, and new registrations will be blocked until the AMF is restarted, leading to a high availability impact. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The patch is named e31e9965f00d9c744a7f728497cb4f3e97744ee8. It is recommended to apply a patch to fix this issue. |
| XWiki Platform is a generic wiki platform offering runtime services for applications built on top of it. It's possible to make the farm unusable by adding an object to a page with a huge number (e.g. 67108863). Most of the time this will fill the memory allocated to XWiki and make it unusable every time this document is manipulated. This issue has been patched in XWiki 14.0-rc-1.

| A vulnerability was found in WiseCleaner Wise Folder Hider 4.4.3.202. It has been declared as problematic. Affected by this vulnerability is the function 0x222400/0x222404/0x222410 in the library WiseFs64.sys of the component IoControlCode Handler. The manipulation leads to denial of service. An attack has to be approached locally. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The identifier VDB-222361 was assigned to this vulnerability. |
| A vulnerability was found in FabulaTech Webcam for Remote Desktop 2.8.42. It has been classified as problematic. Affected is the function 0x222018 in the library ftwebcam.sys of the component IoControlCode Handler. The manipulation leads to denial of service. The attack needs to be approached locally. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The identifier of this vulnerability is VDB-222360. |

A denial-of-service vulnerability exists in Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk Transaction Manager. This vulnerability can be exploited by sending a modified packet to port 400. If exploited, the application could potentially crash or experience a high CPU or memory usage condition, causing intermittent application functionality issues. The application would need to be restarted to recover from the DoS. |
| Controller DoS due to buffer overflow in the handling of a specially crafted message received by the controller. See Honeywell Security Notification for recommendations on upgrading and versioning. See Honeywell Security Notification for recommendations on upgrading and versioning.

| An issue was discovered in GPAC version 0.5.2 and 0.9.0-development-20191109. There are memory leaks in metx_New in isomedia/box_code_base.c and abst_Read in isomedia/box_code_adobe.c. |
| On affected platforms running Arista EOS with BGP Link State configured, BGP peer flap can cause the BGP agent to leak memory. This may result in BGP routing processing being terminated and route flapping. |
| Vulnerability discovered is related to the peer-to-peer (p2p) communications, attackers can craft consensus messages, send it to individual nodes and take them offline. An attacker can crawl the network peers using getaddr message and attack the unpatched nodes. |
| Abacus is a highly scalable and stateless counting API. A critical goroutine leak vulnerability has been identified in the Abacus server's Server-Sent Events (SSE) implementation. The issue occurs when clients disconnect from the /stream endpoint, as the server fails to properly clean up resources and terminate associated goroutines. This leads to resource exhaustion where the server continues running but eventually stops accepting new SSE connections while maintaining high memory usage. The vulnerability specifically involves improper channel cleanup in the event handling mechanism, causing goroutines to remain blocked indefinitely. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.4.0. |
